Castor Oil Pack Inserts - 3 Organic Cotton Pads. Made to fit inside the EMERALD CASTOR PACK (not included, sold separately). Machine washable and easy to use. Pour 2 Tbsp of castor oil on the insert pad and place inside the castor pack. Wrap the pack around your midsection and close the pack where it's comfortable.
It's best to use castor oil that's organic and hexane free. Machine washable, lay flat to dry.
